1 Heart Inc. is a dedicated social support group founded on the belief that every survivor of sexual, physical, and mental abuse deserves to be heard, believed, and supported. Our mission stems from personal experience and a deep understanding of the trauma that survivors face. We provide a safe, private, and judgment-free environment where women and young adults can express their feelings, process their experiences, and begin their journey toward healing and wholeness.

Led by our Director with over 20 years of nursing experience and a degree in counseling psychology, 1 Heart Inc. offers comprehensive support services including emotional support, spiritual counseling, referrals to specialized resources, practical coping skills, and essential life skills training. We understand the shame and fear that often prevents survivors from seeking help, which is why we are committed to creating a space where survivors feel secure, validated, and empowered to move forward with their lives.
